With Lavish Ride we have two different types of Trips you can book, Hourly service and from one place to another
Well if you have a specific location in mind that you’d like to go to and then get dropped off there or maybe you want to go from one city to another in style then distance is the way to go but if you don’t have a specific location in mind and you have multiple trips throughout the day and you’ll need our service for an amount of time instead of a location in mind then the hourly service is the way to go.
We Accept Visa Cards, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and we also accept direct transfers using Zelle (QuickPay ).
Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking to ensure the cleanliness and air quality for our entire guests.
Sure, But you have to let us know beforehand in the comment section under notes when you make a booking so we can make special arrangements to accommodate the passenger and pet.
Our oldest vehicle is 2018 and all our vehicles well maintained.

AIRPORT CAR SERVICE
We will be waiting for you for 60 minutes from the landing time and those sixty minutes will be free of charge.
Our Chauffeurs will be holding a sign at the airport that has your name on it so no worries.
We track your flight so that we can determine the specific pickup time so you wouldn’t have to wait or carry your own luggage.
All of our chauffeurs are professionally dressed; the dres’s code is a white long sleeve button-down shirt, black tie, black dress pants, black suit jacket and black shoes.

The Chauffeurs are prohibited from using their phones during your ride.
The chauffeurs are usually not talkative and they will speak to the clients if the client or clients initiate a conversation.
Our Chauffeurs are fully trained to handle any Special needs, from wheelchair transfers to anything a client might need
Cancellations & Refunds
It depends on the situation we’re in and the type of reservation you made.
For point-to-point trips, Cancelations one hour before the driving time to the pickup location.
For hourly service at least 24 hours before the pickup time,
eight-passenger trips (Executive Van) require a cancelation of 7 days prior to the pickup date
When you book a car, the chauffeur starts preparing for the trip and is most likely on his way to your location, and since the chauffeur put in the effort and the time to do, he needs to be compensated for the trip.
Our Rates are calculated based on your trip type if you book distance or hourly, and it depends on the car you choose.
